Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Unlimited carrier searches, MC/DOT validation, AI risk analysis, monitoring, and carrier reports cost nothing, and every additional seat on the free plan is also free. There is no card required to start.
What does a seat mean?
A seat is one person on your team with their own login. On Pro, the first seat is included in the base price and each additional seat is billed on top — use the seat control above to see your real total.
How does annual billing save 10%?
Choosing annual applies a 10% discount to the base price and to every additional seat, then bills the discounted total for twelve months up front. Switch the toggle above to compare the two side by side.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes — Pro starts with a free trial so you can run onboarding, rate confirmations, and ELD tracking on real freight before you decide.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your vetting history and carrier records stay with your account. Dropping to the free plan turns off onboarding, load management, and tracking, but nothing you have already documented is deleted.
